Jutsus and combat Basic Jutsus like clone transform and replace take less as you rank up.High ranked Ninjutsu take up 110 per usage if used a lot.High ranked Genjutsu is the same but only 109 per useage if used a lot. High taijutsu takes nothing up unless gates are activated then the gates that will only reduce your health by half. IF your hit by lets say the Uchia BL then your K.o. after the fight it takes up chakra. The Hyuuga gentle fist can reduce Chakra but takes up chakra 2.Any keki genki really basicly sub tracts chakra. If you run out of Chakra you will not be able to do Jutsus. You can not charge up unless you have the kyuubi. You can not heal without medical ninjutsu or the Kyuubi ability. Basicly if ur a genin doing a high ranked jutsu you will Regeneration Replacementlose all ur chakra for the day. Curse marks take health way by 100 at curse seal one. But at Stage 2 you will run a risk of dying. God Modding will cause you to lose all chakra instantly. During Missions always listen to ur sensi and when he says to stop right away. If you knock someone out then take them to the hospital of your village. If you kill then you must respect your victim. Summonings can take health and chakra. Such as Big summons will take 300 health and chakra. But small or multi summons will take like 50 health and chakra. Weapon usage will be not as much just dont throw so many Kunai or throwable weapons. I will allow people to pluck somoenes eye of an eye Bloodline. Only if they are dead and the person says its okay before he dies. No jutsus are forbidden excepts Orchimaru's immortal Jutsu. The Rasengan Shuriken move will badly injury if you use it more then once. ALso healing can be done with Regeneration Replacement. But it can only be used once	0	0

SUmmons count as typical summons,Puppets, fire that was sealed in a scroll, the summon naruto did at Sage, weaponry. The number maxed for puppets is 10-100. Normal sized animals the max is 5. Giant Animals up to 5 per species. The Wall can have a max of three. Impure world jutsu is 3. I would prefer for giant animals u have at least 1-2 species.	0	0

Since R&D will head the Alchemy and you can learn alchemy in a room designed for it. Ed's watch will only be given to the best Alchemist. You can use Alchemy all over the Shinobi World. But in the Shimigami World it can only be used to break through walls,Make doors and open up a can of whoop ass in Hueco Mundo. But for the Punshiment and Bounties Hunters they can use it to do their job. Now the Lt of R&D can be thrown into the room by the Capt of R&D. With it you can use it to give up crap for Alchemy. One lucky person will have a Alphonse type to assist in fights. ALso to protect and do whatever else the dude does. By the way also Saiyan armor can be a reward as in when you clear a mission with out Mod or Admin help. For fun I will also throw in door prizes as in someone to make the riddle of the month in spam for 2 yrs. But that privliage can be stripped away if you piss me off. Summons/sage mode Summons can be naruto related or Bleach related. Sage mode can work like shimigami's bankai or a bount's doll. Or a Arrcanar's release. For instance Ape sage mode can give you the appearence of the Oozaru also none as great ape. Slug sage gives taiju Kage bushin no jutsu type effect and healing. Snake Sage gives the ability to shed skin to heal or to use as a replacement type jutsu. Also you can bleed a temporary poison. If you want to do archery like a quincy then go ahead. It will require chakra though. If you want to have twins summons they can only be the same summon but as identical twins. Such has some captain in the gotei 13. Also Orihime's fairy creatures can count as a summon. Immortality people will be put into three diff branches. 1. orchimaru style where they have to take the body of somone with in years.2.Madara they cant die from combat but aging and poisons can kill them.3.Immortality within standars as being able to heal and regen like Cell or Buus.4 Hidan. Only members of the Jashin worshipping church can be able to be immortal. All you have to do is keep killing in order to stay immortal5. Kazuzu. The Hōgyoku is what will allow some to hollowize as long as they do not have Bijuu's,are not immortal and do not have sage mode.
