Ichiro... abusolute monarch, means goverement cannot bind or restrict my power. Also i searched Japanese Word's and I found this.
The rain kage should be called a Amekage. Rain in Japanese word's means Ame and kage mean's Shadow.
And kage's are usually called something shadow, this mean's Rain Shadow.
