(Ahh well tech at any time of could have used it on him and hit him with his own jutsu humialting him) (All you need to in order to easily win is use the dog chakra and rip his arms off so u can play around and also he wont be able to do jutsu so he will probably lose his sword while you can just take it and then kill him with his own sword)
