You can become a quincy by killing a lot of hollows in ranged combat. But you have to say give me the divine powers. Which me the quincy arrows. The Seele Schinder thing can be actually keep on ur robe belt to and can be used as a small weapon and absorb energies. If you active final form you only have it after a certain amount of killing has been done. You will the divine powers for like a couple months to recharge. After that you can learn the other quincy fighting and advance your bow and Seele Schinder abilities
