It'll make you a lil stronger depending how you use it. The rinnegan eye also called Transgmition eye makes it easier to learn justsus, and you can use all elements Fire,Water,Earth,Wind, and Lightning. You can also have more than one body. but because you only have one eye and your a genin you can only have two. You get yur bodys yourself. But you cant keep the rinnegan activated long or you can have damage done.'

Arik gathers chakra to the point to where he can hardly stand,preforms handseals and says"Exploding Lightning Clone!!"
