Can not be shared they are given to a selected individual. Based on personality,how well he or she manages alone. when all Signers are chosen they can work together to be a semi threat. But they must be Jounin/Sanin rank in order to be considered a threat. Unless someone gets AKizas powers then they be a threat towards the non immortals and those weaker then he or she is.
