Ryouga Shishou had just dropped off the two people he had captured at the Chuunin Exams. These would be the next generation of Akatsuki. And he would need to get that Uchiha too, but he would need more power first before he could handle those eyes. "Wake up you two, I don't want you to leave this room until I get some things straight."

Volta wakes up and looks around. Wow how stupid are you people you left me with my gear and did not bother to suppress my bloodline. Volta forms three chakra blades and has them slash at the bars. Them being pure chakra they slowly melt it while cutting it.

The Kage is and was a fool to think Zag would be in control for ever and for him to think he is immortal is stupid even gods can die. I want power But i have skill to gain it my own why should i join you. Hmmm? I am a keto i am Master Keto i Have unlocked Red keto and i create a level three curse mark i am a weapons master and I have a jutsu that can destroy a village. So why should i join you what can i gain by joining you i can't get on my own. Volta's eyes are a Dark twisted blue where as Zags where a pure shallow blue.

Anywhere my chakra is i can form weapons if i hit you with a jutsu i can form a weapon on your skin and kill you with out me so much as lifting a weapon Dek you know that do you really want to test my powers that badly?
